Open to residents of Painesville City or Township and have a 44077 zip code. Applicant must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and at least a 16 on their ACT. Applicant must be working toward an associate’s or bachelor’s degree. The taxable income must not exceed $60,000 and the student must be accepted at an accredited post-secondary school other than Lakeland Community College or Lake Erie College and must attend at least half-time. This is a renewable scholarship.
