RESOURCE CENTER FAFSA FILING ASSISTANCE
LEAF is available to assist current Lakeland Community College students with filing their 2026-27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) through our Resource Center on the Lakeland campus. This help is provided at no cost to the student.
To complete a 2026-27 FAFSA, you will need your FSA ID and password. You should also have the following on hand: (1) 2024 income tax information & W2s; (2) current balances of checking, savings, and cash on hand; (3) current value of non-retirement investments, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, money market accounts, UGMA/UTMA funds, 529 plans in the student’s name, net worth of real estate other than the primary residence, and net worth of family-owned small businesses or farms; (4) child support received in 2024.

Need help locating LEAF’s Resource Center in Room C-2048?
Use Lakeland entrance C-8 (C building). Upon entering, the stairwell is on your immediate right. Turn left as you enter the second floor, and follow the hallway to room C-2048. Alternatively, the first-floor elevator, is further down the hallway from the C-8 entrance on your right. Take the elevator to the second floor and turn right for room C-2048.
