Scholarship to support and encourage young individuals with a desire to pursue a college degree despite facing difficult circumstances. High school seniors in Ohio with a 2.0-3.0 GPA may apply. Requires a 400-600 word essay sharing your vision of where you see yourself in five years and ten years from now.
The Jamie Anderson Scholarship wishes to honor the memory of Jamie Anderson, a compassionate and resilient young individual who tragically lost her life on April 23, 2019, at the age of 16. Despite facing challenges as a foster care youth, Jamie aspired to become a social worker to make a positive impact on the lives of others with similar experiences.
