THE 2026 APPLICATION HAS CLOSED. Scholarship for students diagnosed with a mental illness in one of the following categories: schizophrenia, mood disorders, or anxiety disorders, who aspire and have the potential to succeed in undertaking college/university course work at either the undergraduate or graduate level.

Qualifications:

Applicant must:
– Be a Northeast Ohio resident

– Be enrolled or enrolling in an accredited, nonprofit institution at the undergraduate or graduate level

– Have a minimum 2.0 GPA

– Be diagnosed with a mental illness in one of the following categories: schizophrenia, mood disorders, or anxiety disorders

– Have treating physician’s endorsement indicating the applicant’s potential to succeed in undertaking college/university course work

– Have Financial need

Award Amount:
$1,000 minimum
