THE 2026 APPLICATION HAS CLOSED. Scholarships for college students entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year in an accredited Ohio Bachelor's Civil Engineering program.

Qualifications:

Applicant must:
– Be pursuing a Civil Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in an Ohio-accredited program

– Attain sophomore, junior or senior status during the next academic year

– Have a minimum 2.75 GPA

– Be a permanent resident of Ohio

– Have a need for financial assistance

– Demonstrate character and integrity
