NEOAPWA Scholarships

American Public Works Association, Northeast Ohio Chapter

THE 2026 APPLICATION HAS CLOSED. Scholarships for students residing in Northeast Ohio (can be high school seniors or current college students) pursuing education paths in fields of Public Works in areas such as Infrastructural types of Engineering, Public Administration, Environmental, Construction Management and applicable trades.

Qualifications:

The three separate scholarships are:
Lake Erie Scholarship: for Engineering Core or Administrative students

Rubber City Scholarship: for Public Works field Vocational/Trades Students

Western Reserve Scholarship for students engaged in the studies of Environmental impact and Water Quality.
