APPLICATION CLOSED FOR 2025. CHECK BACK FOR THE 2026 APPLICATION. Two (2) scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year: the James A. Bixby Memorial Scholarship ($2,000) and the ITE Ohio Section Scholarship ($1,000). Applicants must be full-time undergrad or graduate students enrolled at an ABET accredited college or university in the state of Ohio and pursuing a degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, transportation planning, or other transportation-related field.

Qualifications:

Applicants must:
(1) Be full-time undergrad or graduate students enrolled at an ABET accredited college or university in the state of Ohio
(2) Be pursuing a degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, transportation planning, or other transportation-related field that supports the goals of ITE.
(3) Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
