Ohio APWA Family Scholarship

Ohio Chapter American Public Works Association

Scholarships for the children, grandchildren, or spouse of an Ohio Chapter APWA member in good standing. Open to high school seniors and college students seeking a postsecondary education in a technical vocational training program, trade school, college, or university in the upcoming school year.

Qualifications:

Applicant must:
– Be the child (legal or step), grandchild, or spouse of an Ohio Chapter APWA member in good standing

– Attain freshman, sophomore, junior or senior status during the next academic year in a technical vocational training program, trade school, college, or university

– Demonstrate academic excellence (a minimum 2.75 GPA); for sophomores, juniors, and seniors the GPA is for postsecondary education; for freshman, must have 2.75 GPA as a high school senior.

– Demonstrate service to the community, leadership, character, and integrity
