Must be an Ohio resident pursuing a two-, four-, or eight-year accredited bachelor’s, master’s, or certification program either full- or part-time in Ohio

Qualifications:

Applicants must:
– Be residents of Ohio

– Major in a healthcare-related field

– Have demonstrated a commitment to reducing health disparities

– Pursue a two-, four-, or eight-year program.

– Attend an accredited bachelor’s, master’s, or certification program either full- or part-time in Ohio

Award Amount:
Up to $2,000 annually
