THE 2026 APPLICATION HAS CLOSED. Renewable scholarships for current high school seniors or rising collegiate freshmen pursuing a health-related field and wanting to work with the geriatric population. Must reside in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, or Wisconsin. (Two scholarships will be awarded per state.) Minimum 3.5 GPA.

Qualifications:

Applicants must:
– Live in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, or Wisconsin. Applicants do not have to attend college in the state they reside in.

– Have a minimum 3.5 GPA .

– Be in good standing with their university to receive reoccurring scholarship funds.

– Provide an up-to-date resume and transcript each year to be reconsidered.

Award Amount:
$2,500, renewable
