APPLICATION CLOSED FOR 2025. CHECK BACK FOR 2026 APPLICATION. Scholarships for high school seniors or college students who have been diagnosed with kidney disease or are the child of a kidney patient. Must demonstrate financial need and have plans to attend a college or technical school. Renewable for up to four years.

Qualifications:

Applicant must:
-Be diagnosed with kidney disease or be the child of a kidney patient
-Demonstrate financial need
-Reside in the Foundation’s service area (which includes Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Portage counties, among others)
-Graduate (or have received a GED) from high school by June 13, 2025
-Be already accepted into a program or school

$750-$1,500
