Perryman Family Foundation College and University Scholarship

APPLICATION WILL OPEN FEB. 1, 2026. Scholarship for students pursuing a four-year college/university undergraduate degree full-time in an eligible Engineering, Math, Metals or Technology program of study. Must reside in one of the eligible counties (see scholarship website for complete list, but Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake & Portage county residents are eligible ) located in Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, Northern West Virginia, Northern Virginia, Western Maryland, or Chautauqua County, New York.
Qualifications:

Applicant must:
– Be a U.S. citizen.
– Be a current or prospective student pursuing a full-time, four-year degree program in an eligible Engineering, Math, Metals or Technology program of study. (See scholarship website for list.)
– Have completed no more than five years of undergraduate studies.
– Not be affiliated with the Perryman Company or Perryman Family Foundation through board service, current employment, or close relatives.
– ​Currently live in one of the eligible counties (see scholarship website for complete list) located in Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, Northern West Virginia, Northern Virginia, Western Maryland, or Chautauqua County, New York

Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake & Portage county residents are eligible.

The following are preferred, but NOT required:
– Attend, or plan to attend, a college or university located in one of the eligible counties listed above.
– Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
– Provide a high school diploma or similar credential, such as a GED or a federally approved “Ability to Benefit” Test.

Award Amount:
Typically $10,000-$15,000/year
