Scholarship for a legal resident of Lake County graduating from Harvey, Riverside, Perry or Fairport High School or, if attending a private or parochial school, must have residence in Painesville City, Painesville Township, Perry or Fairport Harbor school districts.
Qualifications:

Applicant must:
– Be a legal resident of Lake County.

– Be in the graduating class of Harvey, Riverside, Perry or Fairport High School or, if attending a private or parochial school, must have residence in Painesville City, Painesville Township, Perry or Fairport Harbor school districts.

– Demonstrate scholarship, citizenship, personality, leadership, perseverance, resourcefulness, general worthiness, and financial need.

-Rank in the upper one-third of their class.
