The Gardeners of Greater Cleveland

Scholarships for graduating high school seniors or college students in the Greater Cleveland area this 2025-2026 academic year who are enrolled in a horticulture program or exhibited substantial involvement in horticulture inside or outside of high school and intend to pursue a 2-year or 4-year college degree in horticulture or a closely related field in the “green industry” during the 2026-2027 college academic year.

Qualifications:

Criteria for entering the competition for the scholarships are:

– Students must have attained a 2.5 grade point average by the end of the first semester of the year they are applying.

– At the time of the application, students must have been accepted by a college to major in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a closely related field in the “green industry.”

– Scholarship money received should be used for college expenses such as tuition, room, board, and books to further the student’s education.

$1,500 minimum
