Scholarship for Ohio residents with juvenile diabetes who are in the process of completing a standard curriculum leading to a bachelor's degree at an accredited junior college, college or university. Current high school students are NOT eligible.

Qualifications:

Eligibility Requirements:
– Ohio residents only (preference for residents of Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana counties)

– 18-25 years old at time of application

– Must be in the process of completing a standard curriculum leading to a bachelor’s degree at an accredited junior college, college or university (Current high school students are NOT eligible)

– Must be in good academic standing

Awards will be based on academic promise, personal statement, letter of recommendation, and financial need.
