The Whetstone Family Foundation

Renewable scholarships for high school seniors from one of Ohio's 32 Appalachian Counties or Geauga County who are enrolling in or continuing education at a college or university and pursuing academic degrees in the fields of medicine or the arts.

Qualifications:

Applicant must:

– Be a high school senior who will be starting college or university and is a resident of one of Ohio’s 32 Appalachian Counties or a resident of Geauga County.

– Be pursuing a degree in medicine, or the arts.

Students may reapply each year, provided they continue to meet the eligibility criteria.
