APPLICATION CLOSED FOR 2025. CHECK BACK FOR 2026 APPLICATION. Scholarship program for student athletes in Lake and Geauga counties in need of financial aid in college.

Qualifications:

Eligibility
Successful candidates must:
1. Have earned 3 Varsity letters
2. Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.3
3. Provide letters of recommendation from 1 coach and 1 Teacher or Administrator
4. Provide high school transcript
5. Be seeking 2 to 4 year degree
6. Obtain signature of Guidance Counselor or Principal, and Athletic Director
7. Provide financial aid information
8. Provide a picture for the Golf Outing Program

All applications will be judged according to the following criteria
– Sports participation
– Academic potential and achievement
– Letters of recommendation
– Essay questions on application

Award Amount:
Up to $1,000
